● WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
Ply.supply offers high-quality Adobe Photoshop mockups that come in PSD files. These are high-resolution mockups that are very easy to use.
● HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Open the PSD file, double-click on the smart object named «REPLACE THIS», and place your design in the opened file.
Save before or while closing. Done!
● WHAT TYPES OF LICENSES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer three types of licenses: Standard, Commercial, and Commercial Plus.
The Standard License is ideal for individuals and small design teams, while the Commercial Licenses are suited for medium-sized agencies and larger companies. All our free products come with the Standard License.

● WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards via PayPal.
● WHAT IF I DON’T SEE MY PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD?
If your preferred payment method is not available on our website, please note that our entire mockup collection is also available on the following marketplaces:
● CAN I GET A REFUND?
As all our products are downloadable, we cannot provide any refund. Due to the specificity of digital products, all sales of files are final.
● HOW CAN I GET MY DOWNLOADS?
After the successful payment, you will be redirected to the Order Confirmation page. You can download your purchases from here. You will also get an email with download links.
If you missed the download links or lost the email with them, just contact us and we will resend you all of your purchases.
● DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes. We offer an automatic bundle discount: for every 3 mockups you add to your cart, you get 1 additional mockup for free.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout - no code needed.
For example, if you have 4 mockups in your cart, 1 will be free, if you have 8 mockups, 2 will be free, and if you have 12 mockups, 3 will be free.
